1. Training Courses

Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of any programme unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Programme Changes

We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, relocate, change the trainer, or cancel any programme due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment.
If a programme is cancelled by the organiser, participants may choose either a full refund of the fees paid, or a transfer to the next available programme of equivalent value.

2. Coaching Sessions

Full payment is required before the coaching session unless otherwise agreed.
Coaching appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ written notice.
Rescheduling is subject to the coach’s availability.

3. Online Personality Assessments

Full payment must be received before access to the online assessment is granted.
Alumni rates are applicable only to participants who have successfully completed a recognised programme conducted by our organisation.
Assessment access is personal and non-transferable.

4. Books & Merchandise

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Instalment payments are not available.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Training Courses

Cancellation more than fourteen (14) days before the programme commencement date: full refund less a RM100 administrative fee.
Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the programme commencement date: 50% refund.
Cancellation within seven (7) days of the programme commencement date, or failure to attend (no-show): no refund.
A replacement participant may be nominated at no additional cost, provided written notice is received before the programme begins.

2. Coaching Sessions

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Failure to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice shall be deemed a no-show and no refund will be provided.

3. Online Personality Assessments

Assessment fees are non-refundable once access credentials or assessment credits have been issued or activated.

4. Books & Merchandise

All sales are final unless the item received is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within seven (7) days of receipt, together with clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and shall be borne by the purchaser.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, manuals, books, assessments, presentation slides, videos, recordings, and digital content remain the intellectual property of the organiser and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No part of these materials may be reproduced, copied, recorded, distributed, transmitted, stored, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any programme, coaching session, assessment, or product shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service or product.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of income, business opportunities, or profits.

Privacy

Any personal information collected during registration or purchase will be used solely for programme administration, communication, and service delivery, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law or with the customer’s consent.

Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, or cancellation arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labour disputes, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Acceptance

By registering for a training programme, booking a coaching session, purchasing an online assessment, or purchasing any product, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
