This workshop focuses on equipping mentors and managers with the necessary skills to coach and guide their team to better self-development.

Course Objectives

After this course, individuals will be able to distinguish themselves as a certified Enneagram Coach using the Enneagram framework. They will also be able to apply established coaching techniques that will tremendously aid their current mentoring and coaching roles.

Course Pre-Requisite

Individuals must have previously attended the “Level 1 People Management with Enneagram” course before being allowed to attend this course.
